(CNS) Public Health officials have confirmed that another person from COVID-19 related causes, but they have given no other information regarding the patient’s gender, age, other health problems or vaccination status. There are currently eight people in hospital who have tested positive for the coronavirus.

Twelfth person with COVID-19 dies
(CNS): Public Health officials have confirmed that a patient who was hospitalised with COVID-19 died Thursday. No further details of the individual have been confirmed but CNS has learned the woman was unvaccinated and had been admitted to the hospital as a result of COVID-19 and not other health issues.

Another COVID patient dies at HCCI
(CNS): Chief Medical Officer Dr John Lee revealed that another patient who had tested positive for COVID-19 has died. The person was admitted to Health City Cayman Islands in East End as a result of other medical conditions and passed away early Monday morning, the CMO said during an appearance on Radio Cayman Tuesday.
