Cop biting suspect charged with list of crimes

(CNS): The suspect who is said to have bitten a police officer during a drug raid has been charged with a catalogue of offences. Police said the 25-year-old man, who has not yet been identified, appeared in court Friday and was remanded in custody. He has been charged with consumption, possession and intent to supply ganja, attempting to escape custody, resisting arrest, damage to property and assaulting police.
