Car thieves return spruced up ride

(CNS): All three vehicles that were stolen during a seven-day period last month have now been recovered but one of them was returned to the parking lot from where it was stolen having been washed, vacuumed and detailed, with the tires still shining from protectant. But, police said, the returned stolen car was still minus the ignition key. Despite the spruce up, courtesy of the thieves, the car was forensically examined, as the RCIPS had been concerned that the cars were stolen by villains intent on using them to commit other crimes.
