Queen talks about inspiration in Christmas speech
(CNS): The 90-year-old British monarch and head of the Commonwealth, Queen Elizabeth II, spoke about inspiration in this year’s annual Christmas message. The speech was recorded a few weeks ahead of the Christmas Day broadcast as the Queen was still unwell on the day itself, missing the annual trip to church Sunday near the royal estate at Sandringham in Norfolk, though officials were quick to play down her illness, stating that it was nothing more than a heavy cold.
In her message she said that to be inspirational you don’t have to save lives or win medals.
“I often draw strength from meeting ordinary people doing extraordinary things: volunteers, carers, community organisers and good neighbours; unsung heroes whose quiet dedication makes them special,” she said. “But even with the inspiration of others, it’s understandable that we sometimes think the world’s problems are so big that we can do little to help. On our own, we cannot end wars or wipe out injustice, but the cumulative impact of thousands of small acts of goodness can be bigger than we imagine.”

Well there you have it CAYMAN its all about JAMaica right from the horses mouth remember they are here to reflect the “diversity of the community” but not in the UK where they are being deported back a yard. Think about that statement for a minute.
The Queen does meet ordinary people all the time and is big on thanking those who do good in their communities.

I think you’ll find that there large amounts of people her age in the UK and in many other western countries who also don’t have a degree level education. That is due in part to the fact that 70 years ago, not as many people went to college and certainly it was not considered as mandatory as it is now. Therefore, I find your comment in poor taste to bring that up purely as an attempt to back up your opinion which many other people with a degree level education and more oppose. Grow up!
