Where is Ms Anglin and her church brother and sisters now? You all pick and choose battles that have no place in your place of business. (I say business because that is exactly what the Churches act like in these islands). This problem is quite rampant in these islands yet you waste the peoples’ money to fight what is clearly having no effect on you or anyone else, for that matter, other than the people whose rights you were so adamant on denying. Now you wonder why the ‘church’ is failing in these islands?

Bail ? Because the law allows it, for any caymanian charged with something other than a capital crime. I don’t agree with it but get your Mp to protest. If it was a foreigner, they can be denied bail for any offense.

Yes, but even then, how often does it actually happen? We have complete tools out on bail after having engaged in burglary, who are then again caught doing the same.

You mean they get bail and their travel documents returned to them and they are not caymanians. What about Dellisser who abscond from his hotel room and was never heard of again? Was he a Caymanian?

If he has pleaded guilty, why is his name still being withheld?

Its part of the process where certain people are granted bail pending sentencing etc and you would have to do some legal training to understand it, but I assure you that the Judges are not granting bail to certain criminals just for shits and giggles… I just dont have time to explain it all on this post, but its really nothing unusual.

“Bailed with conditions” – therefore he isnt free to roam the island at will. Given the circumstances, the court has decided he is not a risk once certain restrictions are imposed. Relax its all ok….I dont think the court needs you to intervene.
