I had a chat with someone who works in a food truck that told me they’d be held up. There’s an obvious fix here people – go cashless. Put a big sign up that says “NO CASH – DEBIT / CREDIT CARDS ONLY AS WE KEEP GETTING HELD UP”

I’m sure your customers would understand. But once again this is a far too obvious solution for some business owners to comprehend and would rather leave their staff in a high risk situation.

They need to place an undercover at these food trucks for about 2 weeks and you will catch whoever is robbing them. It happens basically ever weekend. Its laughable.

Agree. Armed undercover unit. Hey, why not have an officer inside the trucks for as long as it takes? Win-win.
