When are we marking the birthday of the Queen?

Cayman News ServiceBritain is celebrating the Queen’s official birthday on 10 June, and all my local calendars show Monday, 12 June to be a public holiday for that event. However, Mr (Franz) Manderson has declared Monday, 19 June as Cayman’s public holiday to mark the event. So which is it?
