(CNS): Errington Webster (54) made his second appearance in court Tuesday in connection with allegations of gross indecency, but the case was adjourned until 17 August as the court heard that his attorney has not yet seen the now infamous video evidence that has incriminated the one-time political hopeful. Steve McField, who is representing Webster, told the magistrate that the video had not yet been disclosed to him by the crown.

Webster, who was bailed to return in two weeks, was charged last month after the video in question was widely circulated. It features the defendant performing a sexual act in front of a minor.

Webster had reportedly been assaulted just days before his arrest in connection with other allegations of sexual abuse of children.

The Bodden Town man has been bailed on strict conditions that ban him from his home district and he is currently residing at a family members home in North Side on a tight curfew. He currently faces four charges of gross indecency relating to one teenage girl.
