North Sider charged with attempted murder
Cayman Islands courts, George Town
(CNS): A 23-year-old man from North Side has been remanded in custody after he was charged with attempted murder Friday. Maurice David Jackson appeared in court following his arrest last week in connection with a stabbing at a yard in the district on 20 April. He is accused of trying to kill a 36-year-old man, also from North Side, and will now appear in Grand Court on 27 May. The crown has not yet detailed its case against Jackson.
