(CNS): Joshua Bush (18) pleaded not guilty to robbery on Friday, when he appeared in Grand Court in connection with a mugging at the West Bay Cemetery Beach last summer. Bush has denied being one of three people who attacked a man walking near the beach at around midnight on 7 July. The robbers reportedly struck the victim on the head and stabbed him in the foot before tying him up on the beach and making off with his backpack, which contained his phone, personal items and other valuables.

The local man was bailed to return for trial, which has been set for October. He is the only person who has been charged so far in connection with the crime.
