Man’s body pulled from harbour late Saturday night
(CNS): The RCIPS is in the process of identifying the body of a man that was recovered from George Town Harbour late Saturday night. Staff at the Port Authority contacted the 911 call centre to report what appeared to be a person in the water. Police and fire officers attended the location and conducted a search, during which fire officers found and retrieved the unresponsive man from the water. Emergency medical services arrived and took him to hospital, where he was officially pronounced dead. No other details have been released at this time.

The fences around George Town Harbour keep getting removed and replaced by yellow tape. Not difficult to understand!
I wouldn’t call it fences but guardrails, which are moved when bad weather is expected.
Guardrails should be put UP when bad weather is expected not taken down
