Brac driver arrested after hit and run

(CNS): A 33-year-old man from Cayman Brac has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving in connection with a hit and run on Watering Place Road last month. Police said the man, who lives on Ivory Lane, was arrested just before midnight on 4 April over the death of Mitchell Marvin Ryan (55), who was found dead in the street not far from La Esperanza bar in the early morning hours of 22 March. The arrested man has been bailed as the investigation continues, police said Friday.
