(CNS) UPDATED WITH CLARIFICATION:  A 48-year-old-man has been bailed following his arrest on Saturday afternoon on suspicion of possessing cocaine and ganja. Police said the man was arrested after he was spotted “acting suspiciously” outside a bar where officers were making checks. When they approached the man they saw him throw something away.
