Cayman News Service(CNS): A 22-year-old George Town man was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday morning following a police car chase through the capital. An RCIPS spokesperson said officers pursued the driver of a Grey Honda Accord when it refused to stop after being signalled by police at around 12:45am. Police did not stay where the chase began but the car was pursued to Grescott Lane and Rock Hole Road, where the driver smashed the Accord into a parked car.

The driver and another man reportedly got out of the vehicle and ran off but were pursued by the police officers. The driver was apprehended on suspicion of dangerous driving, failing to stop, resisting arrest and assaulting police. Police confirmed that no one was injured as a result of the collision and the damage to the parked car was not extensive.

Could the Police or the DMV please explain the huge upsurge in cars with no front licence plates? Funnily enough, they are mainly the ones with illegal tint, no decals and obscured rear plates.

All drivers should be arrested, except me. Every single one of you are idiots.
