Brothers charged with murder remanded to Northward

(CNS): Two brothers from George Town were remanded in custody to HMP Northward Thursday after they were charged with the murder of Jason Powery. Osbourne Douglas (28) and Justin Ramoon (23) have both been charged with the fatal shooting of the 20 year old from West Bay, which happened in central George Town on 1 July. The men made a brief Summary Court appearance this morning before the case was transmitted to the Grand Court. The brothers were remanded until their next court appearance which is scheduled for 31 July.
