Water authority finishes BT pipe work
(CNS): The first phase of the Bodden Town pipeline project is finished. Around 1,900 feet of new pipe along Bodden Town Road, from the Cemetery to Gun Square Road, has been installed since work began in early May, and all customers along the stretch of new pipe were hooked up to the new line by the end of last month, Water Authority officials said. The second part of the project is scheduled to begin next year as the work has stopped temporarily due to the start of the hurricane season.
“The Authority extends its sincerest gratitude to the businesses and residents of Bodden Town, as well as the motoring public, for their patience and understanding over the past two months,” Water Authority Director Gelia Frederick-van Genderen said. “This project could not have been completed so smoothly without the support of the public.”
When it starts, the second phase of the project will affect Bodden Town Road from Gun Square Road to Manse Road. Additional details on the upcoming works to repair Bodden Town Road will be released once they have been confirmed.

Sounds like someone got their water cut off
The road now is one mess
I laid some pipe myself recently.
They aren’t done until the road is properly fixed.
