Man injured in doorstep robbery

(CNS): A man was robbed on the doorstep of his Bodden Town home late Friday night when two men armed with handguns approached him outside the house on Venice Bodden Drive. Police said Sunday that the report was made to 911 at around 11:20 pm on 3 July.

The victim said that two men on foot armed with firearms tried to force him into his home but he resisted and was struck on the head, receiving a minor injury. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken from him before the robbers fled. One of the armed men was 6 feet tall and the other was 5 ft 8 in. Both were dressed in dark clothing, slim built and spoke with a Jamaican accent.

    Yes those of you who are constantly drunk on the UK Cool Aid will no doubt eventually meet Mista Busta Brown and his gun toting crew on your doorsteps. There will never be proactive policing here just Victims reporting crimes and the enormous information collecting apparatus which is now operating on this little island. Some thing Caymanian and resident should seriously think about where why and how all this personal data is collected and stored. Mr Brown unfortunately is not the only threat to you and your families safety these days! No Crime No Data????
