Update on Public Beach improvements

I am wondering if you could give us an update on the several miles of pedestrian and bike paths that in 2013 Dart had promised to build in conjunction with the Kimpton hotel? Also, I believe a nine-acre park was also promised that would include shade trees, children’s play areas, space for public camping, and a purpose-built car park with 100 spaces, in addition to volleyball, soccer, and other sports facilities. As far as I can tell, there is little sign of almost all of these improvements.
