Cops hunt car stolen from Elgin Avenue

Honda Civic stolen 31 October 2016

(CNS): The RCIPS are on the look-out for yet another stolen car. This time the vehicle was taken just yards from the main police station and the Government Administration Building at around 8pm on Monday night. According to a release from the police asking for the public’s help to track the white Honda Civic, the vehicle was parked near to the Walkers Building at 190 Elgin Avenue in George Town before it was taken.

The car’s registration number is 142 932 and anyone who may know its whereabouts is asked to contact the police at the George Town Police Station on 949-4222. Anonymous tips can be provided via the Miami-based call centre of Crime Stoppers at 800-8477(TIPS), or online.

    Maybe if they stopped cars with illegal tint and enforced ALL the laws of the Cayman Islands they would find the culprit!
