Fight breaks out at GT barber shop

(CNS): Three men were arrested Wednesday following a fight at a barber shop, in which two of the men sustained various injuries. The police were called to the Beauty Salon and Barber Shop on Shedden Road at about 5:45pm yesterday. One of the men received cuts from “a sharp bladed instrument” and another received a small wound to the head, the RCIPS stated but did not say if the injuries sustained were from the barber’s scissors or blades being used in the fight. 

Both of the injured men however were treated at the George Town hospital before being released back into police custody. Two of then men, aged 19 and 20, come from George Town while the third man, who is 21, is from Bodden Town. All three were arrested on suspicion of causing an affray. The older two were released on bail, while the teenager was arrested on another matter and remains in police custody.
