(CNS): The UK has begun accepting Cayman’s digital vaccine certificates through the HSA Patient Portal, eliminating the need for people travelling to the UK to request vaccination certification letters from Public Health. Those who have signed up for the HSA Patient Portal will be able to print out their COVID-19 Vaccination Record themselves to use as proof of their vaccination status. Anyone who has had their Covid-19 vaccine course here should sign up for the MyHSA Patient Portal, the main platform for quick access to personal digital vaccine records.

Governor Martyn Roper said he was pleased that Cayman’s vaccine certification is now being accepted as proof by UK authorities.

“This removes a significant burden from HSA staff at this time when they are under such pressure dealing with our cases of community transmission. It also makes going to the UK an easier process for everyone travelling from Cayman,” he added.

See the vaccine schedule on the HSA website here.

Will there be tuberculosis passports? HIV passports? Trichomoniasis passports? herpes metrics? syphilis diplomas? Because people are worried.

Good idea BUT everyone MUST have their own email address. What about couples that use the same address or persons that share for other reasons? What do they do?
Are we required to CREATE & MONITOR another address simply for the rare HSA communication?????????

England, the birthplace of new variants and a current death rate four times that of Germany or France. Super.

Moronic post. One variant was identified (not born) in the U.K. Did you even read the report of care homes in Spain full of dead people found by the army after the staff fled? These and thousands of others not included in the statistics. The U.K. is just the best recorder of data.

My PCR tests show up in the online account the next day. I’ve had 3 over the last 2 months. My vaccine record is still pending after 7 months and I have no idea why it is taking so long to update it in the system.

I had the same problem. Go and get your booster shot and they will update if for you right there. They just ignore email messages, and good luck reaching someone by phone.

What is Cayman accepting for vaccination record? The mentioned in the press conference that they will accept the CDC card, but is other documents needed? Please clarify. Trip is booked and will need time if other documents are needed. Also, what testing will be done on island and where? If thee is a cost, how much so we can budget it into the trip. Will need a PCR to get back into the states. Know we need one upon arrival. Thank you.

Think you will need to register your planned arrival on Travel Time website. There are loads of places in cayman (private clinics and hospitals) where you can get a PCR test easily. Not expensive – probably under $100 which is similar to cost in most European countries and the UK.
