(CNS): The RCIPS have closed a case they were asked to investigate by the Miss Cayman Islands Committee after Hollywood movie star Armie Hammer posted a saucy video on his private Instagram pages in which he labelled a young woman in his room in a provocative pose as “Miss Cayman”.

The police said they had investigated the allegation of misuse of ICT and had “spoken to the suspect, who was warned about his conduct, in accordance with the wishes of the complainant”.

Hammer, who is currently in Grand Cayman visiting his estranged wife and children, has recently been embroiled in a number of social media and sex related scandals as he goes through an increasingly messy divorce from Elizabeth Chambers.

I find the reporting on this all very imprecise and lazy. He referred to “Ms. Cayman” in his post, but this article (and many others) erroneously states that he referred to “Miss Cayman”. At least in England (and I believe the US as well), the distinction between “Miss” and “Ms.” is not trivial. The pageant title is also “Miss Cayman Islands Universe”, so I also think it’s a bit of a stretch to claim exclusive ownership of Ms. Cayman. In any event, a complete waste of police time.

The real crime here is that in 2021 some people still take these pageants seriously.

    Stop. Hammer time!

How can the police warn someone about their conduct? however there is grounds for criminal charges or that a crime was committed, but a police office is warning him.

He never said that the woman was the “official ms cayman”. Why was this even investigated? They probably wanted to get some publicity by “investigating” a somewhat known person.

  5. TMZ says:

Wouldn’t filming a pornography video be illegal in cayman? if so, the police should check out the other half of this video is much more fun and graphic. i guess they didn’t bother to check the dates these videos were made under hard lockdown.

The guy is mentally ill, probably because of drugs. Sad.

He’s going through a rough divorce. Takes a toll on anyone.

Educational information below only because most people in Cayman have only heard of it recently:

On DMT, you take 3 puffs, your ego dissolves and you become the universe, meet spiritual entities, experience 1000 lifetimes of insight in 5 minutes, then return to Earth sober as a judge.

It is, by FAR, the most incredible experience that any human could ever have, and only lasts up to 10 minutes. Cured my depression and made me appreciate life more.

In my opinion, it is then that you realize religion was probably started when a bunch of cavemen who brewed the right plant and thought they found a way to meet ‘God’ without actually dying (ayahuasca is a DMT tribal ritual, look it up).

Where can one find this DMT…..? I want to go to outer space.

11:00 AM’s comment is one of the more.. interesting comments I’ve read on CNS. I had to look it up further. Their claims of brewing a plant for it seem to be true.. also the parts about meeting spirits and other dimension stuff.

There seems to be tours in South America centered around the rituals.

I have actual experiences with the spirit molecule and can confirm you literally meet entities. You have zero concept of being a human in a body for 10 minutes – you feel like you’re literally energy floating through the cosmos absorbing a million lifetimes of experiences.

You believe people who thought that the earth was flat and that snakes could talk. Quite sure the “burning bush” in the Bible was a weed tree lol.

          Who is the idiot?

          • qBert says:

            Wow. From Wikipedia:

“People who have consumed ayahuasca report having mystical experiences and spiritual revelations regarding their purpose on earth, the true nature of the universe, and deep insight into how to be the best person they possibly can.[46] This is viewed by many as a spiritual awakening and what is often described as a near death experience or rebirth.[37]:67–70 It is often reported that individuals feel they gain access to higher spiritual dimensions and make contact with various spiritual or extra-dimensional beings who can act as guides or healers.”

Lucky he didn’t call her Miss World or Interpol would have been after him.
Or worse if it had been Miss Universe the “Space Corp” (laughing loudly) might have beamed him up.

    What a waste of time.

  10. Anonymous says:

Totally confused wny the police are spending time on this. Dont they have other more pressing things to attend to? Wow. Priorities.

  11. Anonymous says:

So wa happen to the fact that the video was posted during his first night of quarantine?

    • Anonymous says:

Maybe he is one of the quarantine breach cases that are “still under investigation”. Or th 6 that have been passed to the DPP for an excuse not to prosecute.

    • BeaumontZodecloun says:

Exactly right. He pads down the hall supposedly under quarantine at the Ritz, waltzes into another room, waters around, and implies more than casual contact with a young woman. Why isn’t his lying ass in jail for breach of quarantine?

Also, where is the security that should have had all rooms with people in quarantine under observation? Is this something that can be purchased? Well, the video certainly suggests that there are many levels of things for sale in Grand Cayman.

  12. Anonymous says:

👍 If no quarantine breach, there was no reason for police investigation. He publicly cleared the “Miss Cayman” name and the female involved is an adult.

    • Anonymous says:

IF no quarantine breach, I agree. But that question probably hasn’t even been considered by law enfarcement round here.

Headline should read “Spoon fed wealthy DEGENERATE cannot figure out that he’s wasting his life away acting like a complete IMBECILE”. Subheading should read “Calling him an IMBECILE is an insult to all IMBECILES around the world. Apologies.”

Thank God, this is over. Now stay out of people’s bedrooms..

Can’t believe this even made news..

Thank you. Was a waste of time and foolishness for rcips to be involved at all.

  17. Anonymous says:

Pathetic. Misuse of ICT? Wow. Only misuse here was the misuse of police time. If anyone had cause to complain is the present Miss Cayman who could possibly claim that Arnie sullied her reputation.
