Suspect of attempted break-in, 6 April

(CNS): Police have posted a collection of still images and CCTV footage from an address on Sea View Road, East End, showing a group of three young men trying to break into the home. The burglary was reported to the police on 6 April, when officers were given the footage. But now the RCIPS has released the images of the would-be burglars, which clearly shows the faces of two of the men as they all attempt to break into the home, before they ran off.

The police are asking the public to help them identify the suspects, one of which has a large tattoo on his upper left arm.

See the images and footage here.

Anyone with information on the identity of these men is asked to contact the Bodden Town Police Station at 947-2220 or email DC Wanda Nixon at Wanda.Nixon@rcips.ky.

Anonymous tips can be provided to the RCIPS Confidential Tip Line at 949-7777, or the RCIPS website. Tips can also be submitted anonymously via the Miami-based call centre of Crime Stoppers at 800-8477(TIPS), or online.

How difficult can it be to identify the moron who took his shirt off to hide his face and exposed a huge tattoo on his left arm.

They just steal larger amounts and are more sly about it. Crime is crime. Theft is theft. Whether white collar or petty/blue collar street crime.

I’m not entirely sure what you are implying; A crime where impending violence or threat of violence is quite a bit different. $1000 stolen from my bank account= sucks. $1000 stolen or even threatened to be stolen from my home while I’m sleeping by three individuals, armed w/ knives and/or firearms is quite a bit different. Yes, both are crimes but far from the same thing.

People need to stop wasting their time giving the police CCTV footage, because they are not interested in tracking down the criminals. Is that why they have the warning lights on their vehicles? Making sure the criminals are not caught.

Thank you RCIP. A month later than ideal, but now we know you get it. I hope someone steps forward and you get to solve this one.
