The RCIPS said it is believed that Wright left her home off Anthony Drive sometime on 4 February but has not returned. No description of her clothing when she was last seen has been provided to the police but she is described as being short, with light brown skin and short brown hair. 8:07am worry about the physical handicapped and mentally ill. Is she either one or the other? If sane, and 49 years old, she is responsible for her actions.

Does it matter if she’s Caymanian or not? Why are we having all of these missing people and what is going to be done to make sure they don’t fall through the cracks again?

It matters because if they are not Caymanian and falling through the cracks they should probably not be here. If they are Caymanian and falling through the cracks, social services should catch them. Either way, a government agency has likely screwed up, the consequences could be horrific, and no one will be held accountable.
