8:07am worry about the physical handicapped and mentally ill. Is she either one or the other? If sane, and 49 years old, she is responsible for her actions.

Why does that matter! Most asinine comment I’ve read in Cayman today. But it’s early.

      Does it matter?

Does it matter if she’s Caymanian or not? Why are we having all of these missing people and what is going to be done to make sure they don’t fall through the cracks again?

      • Anonymous says:

It matters because if they are not Caymanian and falling through the cracks they should probably not be here. If they are Caymanian and falling through the cracks, social services should catch them. Either way, a government agency has likely screwed up, the consequences could be horrific, and no one will be held accountable.
