Six people land in hospital in latest major smash

Road crash in Bodden Town, 11 June 2018

(CNS): Police were on the scene of yet another major smash on Cayman’s roads on Sunday, when two cars collided in Bodden Town. Six people were taken to hospital, although police said they had all sustained only minor injuries in the crash, which involved two cars on Shamrock Road in the Lower Valley area of the district. The roadway was partially blocked as one of the vehicles ended up on its side.

    I can’t stress enough that the police need to patrol Shammrock Road!! Very sad and frustrating what I witness on this road everyday!!!
