  1. Look ya says:

The modus operandi of this culprit – smashing the car glass- is similar to the break-ins that happened some weeks back around the Fairbanks area. Most likely the same person

Again, no pity for fools that leave valuables in their car. Really?? What world do you think we live in now???
Can’t fix stupid. (And yes, if I left something valuable in my car even on accident, I’m stupid)
But if you still think it’s okay, just leave the doors unlocked to avoid the expense of replacing the window.

Leave the doors unlock to prevent the windows from being broken.

When we had a Jeep Wrangler, without fail, any pennies or spare change left sealed in ashtray or sunglasses left behind in glove box would be gone by sunrise. That meant that someone physically entered the car every night and routinely took the time to open and close compartments looking for treasure. Car thieves have been persistent and numerous in Cayman for decades.

Lol – like there’s only one car burglar. You can’t leave anything in an unlocked car in Cayman and expect it to be there a few hours later – doesn’t have to be nighttime either!

It sounds like you can’t leave anything valuable in your locked car , cause they will break the window and steal it and the car , especially if your car is a Honda .
The Premier need to try to get a 60% control on criminals , since he didn’t do it on guns .

I’m sorry those people that left their bank cards in the car, VISIBLE!! were asking to be robbed. They should also be arrested for aggravated stupidity.

That’s right, blame the victims. Sorry but they weren’t ‘asking for it’ any more than you’re asking for you house to be robbed by going to work…. get a grip

You mean that some people haven’t learned not to leave valuable items in their cars, and they should leave the car window open and rigged to prevent the window from being broken , and thief taken care of and save the Police work and time .
