Suspect charged over fraudulent incorporation

(CNS): A Bodden Town man has been formally charged with forgery and uttering a false document, the police have said. The unidentified 42-year-old man is due to appear in court on 20 March after the charges were laid Monday in relation to documents submitted by the man in 2012 and 2013 to incorporate an entity. No other details about the case have yet been made public.
