I wouldn’t leave $20 in a Honda around here , because I know that and the Honda would be stolen. Especially leaving it in a Honda .

Is there any reason why a bait car hasn’t been set up yet?

Yes, let’s use my personal car instead of the RCIPS purchasing a $400 civic and rigging it with tracking equipment to catch/deter these thieves.

You must be one of the tools that was in that car.

Clearly, the RCIPS leadership is not interested in policing this small territory. No serious approach has been adopted in over a decade, despite payroll of over 400 officers. It feels like they are under an MOU with the local gang leaders and politicians to intentionally and chronically derelict large areas of their responsibility. Maybe these were the terms of a gang war peace deal? Try and FOI that one!

rcips still investigating possibly the first theft. If dvdl cant put together a simple e-license scheme for vehicles, do you really think the coppers can figure out a bait car? lets be real

Most old Honda’s on the road are full of tools…non of them useful.

Not nice but true. Whenever you see a speeding Honda with tinted windows, open windows with smoke coming out and a driver laid almost flat, its time to run for the hills and save your families life…they have no idea how to drive properly nor do they care about others. Until they crash and kill someone that is, then its not their fault, at least in their minds.
