welcome to the hotel california….you can check out anyvtime you like, but you can never leave!!!!?

Hopefully he spends at least 10 years, and hopefully longer, inside the prison walls. He’s not rehabilitatable and will never change…he’s already a lost cause.

There are a few other accused rapists out on bail, waiting to hear when they will go to court. Wouldn’t it make sense to prioritize those cases immediately?! If they’re guilty get them out of the community, if they’re innocent let them get on with their lives. Serious, violent sexual assault needs to be prioritized, not left to linger for months! For the sake of both the accuser and the accused.

The unfortunate thing about this and other cases is having known Mr. Solomon since he was in high school, he showed signs of criminality even then. The often referenced, barely read and never implemented Yolande Forde report described Mr. Solomon and men like him to a tee. We have had the answer to this problem for 15 years.

    • Anonymous says:

No, 12:22, we’ve had the answer for 30 years……long long before the Forde woman came here those of us in the schools knew the problems and by the way the answers are not easy. How do you get useless humans who have created children and are not interested in anything other than the orgasm that created them to be good parents. They don’t and the children they create become useless too, hence the violent underclass we have now. Low intellect, low socio-economic people with no means of support creating babies all over the place by multiple partners. It is going to swamp us with violence soon, resembling Jamaica the model we are following.

      “Forde woman”:total disrespect.

ps.. marriage is dangerous nowadays…..most of them are all about money?

christ forgave the woman caught in the act of adultry….hopefully he changes in jail?

    • Anonymous says:

Do explain how you are equating adultery with rape….

    • anonymous says:

That’s nice. What happened to the man caught in the act of adultery?

      • Anonymous says:

I believe he was taken to the outskirts of the town and stoned to death. Levitcus 20:10. But those who prefer the softer New Testament, the punishment is just eternal death, Romans 6:23, which of course means nothing since it presumes heaven and hell which don’t exist.

    • Unison says:

But she was sorrow for her carnal sins, and decided firmly not to continue her lifestyle. It wasn’t that she was caught and condemned to die for adultery, that she was so penitent. The judgemental crowd were ready to stone her. But she saw before hand that she sinned, and this was debasing. At divine timing, Jesus comes to the scene. He absolves her of her sins because of her humble heart. The mercy of God continues to dissappoint judgemental and already righteous people.

After being forgiven and empowered by her Lord, the solemn words challenged her to develop her character, “Go, and sin no more”. No sinful person just like the judger can enter the kingdom of heaven.

Hopefully, this young man resolve to surrender his life completely to God.

      Amen ??

Yep thanks to our established state religion he will “convert” in prison and will be out in 5-10 years guaranteed

In cases where the convicted are non-Caymanian, what is the point of the Courts ordering deportation? I know a man who was convicted of GBH and sentenced to many years, with a deportation order to be implemented upon release. He has been released (served less than half the sentence) and almost a year later remains in Cayman and is actually working! How can he get employment with a deportation order?

    • Dazed and confused. says:

Technically you can’t. He should be regarded as a prohibited immigrant and not allowed to get an RERC or a work permit. The fact he hasn’t be deported is worrying. If I was you I would raise it with Ezzard Millar.

It’s time to consider leasing jail cells for 10/th of the cost in Cuba for these subhumans. Animals have more worth than this POS. Why should this sack of shit be fed and housed in a nice and cozy jail cell paid my our tax dollars?

  12. Anonymous says:

it is important for us to recognize that Cayman has changed and that we need give people a fighting chance against violent criminals by allowing them access to the tools and training needed to protect themselves and their families.

  13. Anonymous says:

    Deportation order?

  14. Dazed and Confused says:

Is this person Caymanian or Not? Will the DPP demand ask (demand) his removal from these beautiful islands is he is not Caymanian.

    • Anonymous says:

Surely he is not Caymanian as the cause of all crime is Jamaicans and Hondurans. Apparently.

    • Eat your heart out says:

As a non-Caymanian, I truly support your comment. This guy is SCUM and will continue to RAPE and do the worst!!!

  15. Stop The Crime says:

Who wants to take bets that this worthless animal will be released back on the streets in less than 5 years?

  16. West bay Premier says:

Good looking scumbag like him couldn’t get a woman without raping her, worthless scumbag giving mankind a bad name , probably couldn’t get a woman in Havana Cuba with a million dollars in his pocket where I got 2 for $40.00 too. He need to put in space to live with aliens.

    • Anonymous says:

I see what you’re saying, but you are a crude dude. Straighten up and be a good man yourself.

    • Anonymous says:

Relatively speaking, you sir, are not much better than Solomon the criminal.

    • Anonymous says:

So West Bay Premier, you couldn’t get a woman either and resorted to exploiting prostitutes who probably had little choice but to be such as they needed to feed their kids? Or worse, were sex slaves to some criminal gang? As a potential premier you set a fine example…

    • Anonymous says:

Wow what a statement! You too use prostitutes, so what does that say about you exploiting people.

      • Anonymous says:

Consenting Adults, but I guess you are above that.

      • West bay Premier says:

      • West bay Premier says:

To the other Anonymous posters that repled . Answer these questions , what is wrong with one who chose to do with their body or money ? None of your business . Which man who is having good time/ partying and has one night , that wouldn’t have done what I did ? None . If you are a real man . And I am not campaigning to be your Premier have better things to do with the rest of my life.

        • Anonymous says:

Its about moral standards and double standards in these so called Christian islands. You would not understand.

    • Anonymous says:

Rape is not about sex. It is about power.

    • Anonymous says:

Now if you saying he good looking. That is where the problem started.
      Somehow he believe that too.

  17. Anonymous says:
