Driver arrested for indecent assault on passenger

(CNS): A 52-year-old George Town man is currently in police custody following his arrest in connection with an indecent assault last week. Police said the man was arrested Monday, 7 November, following reports of an assault in Prospect last Thursday. A woman had reported that as she was walking on Marina Drive in George Town on 3 November she was offered and accepted a ride by a man driving a gold-coloured van or SUV with no passengers.  She said that the man indecently assaulted her before dropping her off near Prospect Drive.
