(CNS): James Douglas Ebanks (58) has pleaded not guilty to wounding Elvis Presley Ebanks during a machete attack in August in West Bay. Ebanks (58) was arrested after the victim, who was bleeding profusely from a wound in his arm, left a trail of blood from the crime scene to the police station, which officers followed back to Neon Close, where they apprehended the suspect.

After Ebanks denied the charges Friday, the court fixed a trial date for next May. Defended by attorney John Furniss, Ebanks was bailed to return for trial.
