In a request for proposals for consultants to help create a five-year tourism plan, the clash between development, growing numbers and the environment is apparent. Seeking professional assistance to tackle the problem, tourism officials see that the rejuvenation of brand Cayman now needs to be sustainable over the long-term and hard decisions must be made.
