Two supects nabbed for burglary

Cayman News Service(CNS): Two men suspected of stealing a flat screen television, assorted diving gear and other electronics articles from a property in the vicinity of Uncle Jimmy Lane, West Bay, on Thursday, 24 March, were tracked down by West Bay detectives using evidence gathered at the scene of the crime, police said. The two male suspects, aged 18 and 21, both from West Bay, were arrested by West Bay CID on 30 March. This morning (1 April) they were charged with burglary and will appear in court today.

However, the RCIPS said that the property stolen during the burglary has still not been located.  The missing items are: a flat-screen 32” Seiki TV; assorted dive gear, including O’Neill dive gloves and lights, a GoPRO dual battery charger, wrist mount and rechargeable battery, and two Finger Reel Dive Spools; a laptop cooler with vacuum fan; and iPhone 4 and charging cable; and a rain coat suit (black pants, red jacket).

Police are requesting that the public contact West Bay CID at 649-3999 with any information regarding the possible location of these items.  If wishing to remain anonymous, please contact the Miami-based call centre of Crime Stoppers at 800-8477(TIPS)

    Well it shouldn’t be too hard to find the hot dog cart stolen from east end 2 weeks ago Its unique unlike the TV’s of mine they stole I don’t expect to get the tv.s back but a big hot dog cart used for years in east end at pirates week I mean come on how hard could it be to find
