(CNS): The police are appealing for information from the public regarding a house and vehicle fire that happened in George Town on Saturday night. An RCIPS spokesperson said that the police and the fire services were called to the blaze on Seymour Drive at around 9:15pm on 9 January. The vehicle, which was parked at the apartment complex, appears to have been where the fire started but on arrival fire crews found one of the apartments was also burning. Both fires were extinguished and no injuries were reported.

Investigations are now underway and anyone who was in the Seymour Drive area last night around the time of the incident is asked to contact George Town CID at 949 4222 or Crime Stoppers at 800 8477(TIPS).
