HMP Northward

(CNS): The chief officer in the Ministry of Home Affairs has confirmed that an internal prison investigation at HMP Northward into the placing of unauthorised video equipment in a staff member’s office has partly concluded. “As a result, the employment of a senior manager within the prison service has ceased,” Eric Bush stated in a short email to CNS. Other unconfirmed sources have revealed that the manager in question is Natalie Caesar, who has been fired after many years with the prison service.

There are still no conclusions regarding two other prison employees who were also suspended from their jobs as part of the same probe, which began in April, but CNS has requested further information. Bush stated that those two staff members remained on required leave.

Officials have revealed very little about the investigation and the reasons why unauthorised recording equipment was found in a staff office. Sources have told CNS that the video equipment was placed in the office as a result of allegations of misconduct about another member of staff spending time alone with inmates in the locked room.  The prison management stated at the time that there was never any authorisation for the “invasion of privacy” the installation of the equipment caused.

I’ve never understood why women are allowed in certain roles of a male prison.

There exists more than enough research, news reports and recent cases to support my perspective on this issue.

(E.g. i.) NY prison-break a few weeks ago where aiding and abetting female officer was banging both escapees prior to their escape. ii.) Never-ending reports of female correctional officers sleeping with, illegally assisting and getting pregnant for convicted prisoners the world over.)

However, let’s all focus on being politically correct … when dealing with convicted murderers, rapists, liars, thieves and conmen.

I heard that the expat prison staff member who was either for UK or someplace in Europe was confirmed, by a revently released prisoner, to have been engaged with himself and other inmates in pure sex while conducting interview or counseling sessions.
If those very reliable ( straight from mouth of ex convict) accounts of sexual acts being done by a prison staff member; now also fired; then I DEMAND a full and open investigation.
A pity the videos didn’t capture the very durty sex acts im told went on behind Northward prison walls by expat staff member.

I keep reading about firing and suspensions in the civil service and also posters saying their is no accountability in the service?

Will the negative CNS posters every get it right.

Thank you civil service for not naming the officer. Class act all the way. Private sector can learn from. CIG

Maybe not a registered voter? Or perhaps a UDP supporter?

If not, I am welcoming the action of the civil service.
