White Honda CRV similar to one of the stolen cars

(CNS): The police have found another one of the four Honda CVRs which were stolen over the last few weeks from around the George Town area, leaving just one car still missing. A spokesperson for the RCIPS said the silver 2000 model car was found by police on patrol at about 6pm on Saturday evening (5 September) close to George Town Primary School.  However, the 1999 white Honda CRV, Registration #147 807, stolen on the West Bay road on 26 August has still not been found.

The recovered SUV was one of five cars stolen over a ten day period at the end of last month, four of which were Honda CVRs, while the fifth was a Mercedes. Police said the silver CVR was originally stolen from South Church Street

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of this vehicle is asked to call George Town Police Station at 949-4222 or Crime Stoppers at 800-8477(TIPS).
