Kacheyenne Daniels

(CNS) UPDATED: A 19-year-old woman who went missing on Friday night has been found safe and well, police said Tuesday morning. Police released the missing person report of Kacheyenne Daniels from George Town on Monday, as she had last been seen on Friday 7 August at around 10pm at her home. However, Police said she was located by officers yesterday evening and found to be in good health.

Daniels’ father had refused permission for her to attend the Jamaican Independence Dance Friday night at the Jacques Scott compound after which the young woman had disappeared. Police said calls to the young woman’s mobile phone were answered by voicemail.

Had I tried this with my old man at her age I would have stayed “missing”.

First of all the governors cat was reported days after the incident. Second it a 19 year old girl that had a fight with her father…not even sure how this became news.

If you read the article you would realize that her parents did not know she was missing until 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. So based on that, yes, it made the news rather quickly.
