Sinkhole by Camana Bay

(CNS): A private broken sewer main has caused a sinkhole to form at the junction of Solaris Avenue and Esterley Tibbetts Highway, undermining the integrity of the road. Police said that a security officer and signs are at the scene where the dangerous hole has opened up. “Appropriate signs are in place and a security officer has been assigned to monitor the intersection during peak hours,” an RCIPS spokesperson. The road is expected to be re-opened by noon tomorrow.

Are there underground facilities at Camana Bay that are unknown to the public? Just wondering if all the rumors have any weight to them.

I hope this gets fixed quicker than the mini-sink hole in front of the Falls on West Bay Road. They fixed that one once but not well and it has come back been like that for months.
