Why waste time on this? Everyone in Cayman is feeling the pain because of the ineptitude of this man.

If we have to build our own

If we have to build our own mental institution, a 30-bed facitity should be sufficient.

I cast a vote to say "He is a terrible premier, which is exactly what I had expected", but if I wanted to be polite and convey the same message I could have voted "I am impressed. He is doing a much better job than I thought he would".
If there was a font to convey sarcasm then I would vote "Yes, he is doing an excellent job, as I knew he would".

Hey CNS.....Something must be wrong with "Yes, he is doing an excellent job, as I knew he would"....There are only 9 on UDP how can you get 13 votes here? Could Big Mac have found a way to vote multiple times? Ahhhh they are voting at home and at the office. Okay I get it now.
Sorry crude joke.

5% voting that "yes he is

5% voting that "yes he is doing an excellent job is hard evidence that they cannot read and have certainly not read the CNS headlines over the past 2 years and paritcularly in the last two months, and more especially in the last two weeks. Very fortunately for Cayman and it's people, including these idiots, 5% is just that, a very insignificant percentage of the voting public.

voting

Something's wrong.  I don't see any place to vote.

CNS: I expect that someone where you are (at work perhaps?) who is sharing an IP address has already voted. When you get home you'll be able to vote -- unless someone has beaten you to it again. Limiting the voting to one per IP address is the only way we can stop people voting multiple times -- not perfect but the best we can do.

so

if I work for a company that employs 100 people there will only be one recorded vote if that company has one public IP address for web browsing?

CNS: Hopefully, they can vote at home if they cannot vote at work. Sorry, we realise that this is far from perfect but there's no other way to do this. The system can only recognise IP addresses. It cannot recognise individual computers.
